    LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME HD/220 Series

    *NSF H-2 Registered

LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME HD/220 greases are 100% synthetic, calcium sulfonate based lubricants.  Their advanced technology delivers outstanding shear stability, reduced wear and excellent resistance to water and other corrosive substances.  They are outstanding lubricants for all types of anti-friction bearings which are subject to wide operating temperature ranges.   The heavy, 100% synthetic fluid used in these greases delivers increased oxidation stability and enables them to be effective at application temperatures between 450ºF and 500ºF with frequent re-lubrication intervals.  The major use benefits are:

    * High temperature stability – 600ºF+ Drop Point.

    * Mechanical stability - the greases do not thin out.

    * Delivers excellent anti-wear (AW) and extreme pressure (EP) protection. (see specific results on back page)

    * Calcium sulfonate thickener delivers unsurpassed rust and corrosion prevention.

    * Excellent resistance to chemically treated water washdown procedures at high temperatures.
